Office 2010 memiliki fitur yang baru. PowerPoint juga dilengkapi dengan fitur baru. Fitur tersebut adalah dapat menambahkan video dari situs manapun termasuk situs seperti YouTube. Video dapat dimasukkan ke dalam presentasi PowerPoint sehingga Anda tidak perlu mendownload video-nya terlebih dahulu, asalkan PC anda terhubung dengan Internet.
Untuk melakukan embed video dari situs online seperti YouTube, klik pada tab Insert, lalu pada Icon Video, pilih pilihan “Video From Website”.
Lalu akan muncul dialog Insert Video From Web Site. Pastekan code yang didapat dari sumber video, lalu klik tombol Insert.
Jika terdapat pesan kesalahan :
Videos from Web sites are not available because a compatible version of Windows Media Player cannot be found. Update to the most recent version and try again.
Itu menandakan bahwa anda harus mengupdate Windows Media Player menjadi Versi yang terbaru, seperti Windows Media Player 11 atau 12. silahkan download dari situs microsoft.com.
